Refund & Results-Based Guarantee
The First Sale Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly. Because you receive immediate access to all files, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except as set out in our results-based guarantee below.
Our results-based guarantee
We stand fully behind this system — but it only works if you actually use it. That is why our guarantee rewards action. We will only issue a refund if you can prove that you genuinely used and followed the guide as instructed and it still did not work for you.
To be eligible for a refund, you must, within 30 days of purchase, provide evidence that you:
- Completed The Action Workbook (the exercises filled in);
- Followed The 30-Day Launch Calendar and carried out the actions it sets out — for example, publishing the content and sending the outreach messages; and
- Implemented the core steps of the system in good faith.
If you cannot demonstrate that you used and followed the guide, you are not eligible for a refund. This is not a free trial. Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "I didn't have time", or "I didn't open it" do not qualify.
How to request a refund
Email support@theonlineincomelibrary.com with the subject line "Refund request", attaching your completed workbook and evidence of the actions you took. We review every request within 7 days and respond personally.
Your statutory rights
By purchasing and choosing immediate access to the product, you consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that this may affect the standard right of withdrawal that applies to digital content. Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
